Investigation of Student Loan Servicers

Giskan Solotaroff & Anderson LLP is investigating complaints about student loan servicers like Navient, Edfinancial Services, ACS, and others. These servicers may have overcharged or otherwise improperly billed consumers by incorrectly increasing or reducing monthly student loan payments, changing the due date of payments, charging extra interest, deducting wrong amounts, or postponing future student loan payments. They may also have allocated payments to low interest loans even when the borrower directs that payment to a higher interest loan.
